Our origin
Located in the heart of the driest desert in the world, the Sabores Originarios Cooperative was born from the need to overcome the barriers inherent to the food industry and to be inserted in one of the most extreme territories in Chile: San Pedro de Atacama.
We are a network of small artisan producers committed to keeping local gastronomic traditions alive to share them with the world.

To be a benchmark in the production of 100% natural foods and superfoods made with ancestral local raw materials, generating a positive economic, social and environmental impact in the area.
We aspire to take our original flavors from San Pedro de Atacama beyond our borders, promoting and highlighting the natural heritage and gastronomic and culinary traditions of San Pedro de Atacama and the Antofagasta region.
